  1. To begin we will map out a clear path to overcome any challenges you may be facing and set realistic goals to move you closer to success. During the initial consultation a comprehensive assessment & evaluation is conducted to gain a clear picture of your physical capabilities (i.e. fitness tests, movement assessments, body measurements etc.). An electronic questionnaire is also conducted to understand your fitness profile.
  2. Once that has been completed a unique training plan development is put into place. I create a customized training program based on the results collect in the initial consult and any input you have shared. This program is backed by evidence-based research and is adaptable to your feedback & evolving goals, ensuring it is uniquely yours.
  3. To ensure the program continues to align with your preferences, weekly monitoring and monthly reassessments are performed to track progress and adapt as needed making it a flexible & rewarding training experience.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals laid the foundation of myself developing an active lifestyle & ignited by interest in sports and CrossFit. I am a certified personal trainer with a degree in sport & exercise science and have experience in designing programs that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
